Nokia
is back in the market just under 7 months after selling its devices and services
unit to Microsoft for $7.2 billion. Nokia is presenting the N1 Android tablet after
revealing the plans to license its brand name and witting the black box on Twitter.
Just like Xiaomi’s effort to follow Apple’s iPad mini design, Nokia’s N1 has same
7.9-inch screen and 2048 x 1536 resolutions. Nokia even choose the single piece
of anodized aluminum design. The resemblance
doesn’t stop here.
Nokia’s
N1 is the most identical to iPad mini all thanks to the careful placement of camera,
headphone jack and buttons. Even the bottom of device got same speaker grills
and that look like Lightning port yet is the first implementations of reversible
Type-C USB connector. USB is here the things start to get interesting. While in
Nokia N1 just like the iPad mini with android, company actually gone few steps
further improving the Apple’s popular tablet. It display is fully covered, unlike the iPad
mini 3, and N1 is just the 6.9mm thick and 318 grams in weight, both thinner
and lighter that the Apple’s offering. Nokia is proud to design the details
like the smear placement matching curvature of camera lens and tablet's corner.

Launcher." The idea behind the Z Launcher is named after the gesture which
